Congratulations on ordering your Web Hosting package. Please be sure to perform the following:
Please review all the information in your email notification.
Please be sure verify the nameservers for your domain name is set to:
ns3.jc-hosting.net
ns4.jc-hosting.net.
Please be sure verify the user name and pass word for your account.
Please be sure to backup your site after the initial setup is completed.
Please login to your admin control panel and set / verify required items.

How is billing handled?
Billing is set up on a reoccurring payment system.
1. You will be notifed by the card processor that you used when it is time to renew your account.
2. You will recieve an invoice from us a week before renewel is needed.

What are the server specs for the servers that JC-Hosting uses for Web Hosting
JC-Hosting Server specs
Intel Pentium D 950 [3.4GHz]- 250GB 7200 rpm hard drives - *1.5Gig/1.Gig RAM with 100mbps
Network connection to the Internet through 13 Gigabit Ethernet links from six separate backbone providers, who each run fiber optic cable into the data center through two separate entry points. Allowing for greater uptimes and less congestion on the server connections.
All servers offer cPanel with RVSkin and Fantastico for your site administration needs.
We never allow more then 70% of the server resource to be used on any given server we use. Thus allowing plenty of resources for all clients.

How do I get to the Site Admin Control Panel
To get to your Site Control Panel just type in your domain name/cpanel
http://mydomain.com/cpanel
Once the log in page shows up just enter your user name and pass word. Your Domain Name should already be there.
